It was truly amazing - He Kakano o te Awa Hou. Last Friday at Polyfest The seedlings of New River Primary for the first time preformed as a ropu. Junior and Senior students were outstanding with the support of Simon Kairau, Mrs Brown, Mrs Harden and Mrs Rolton. Also a big thank you to the parents and grandparents that came back stage to help with our kakahu. Homai to paki paki koutou :-)
I felt very proud of the children that performed. I felt privileged to be part of this group. The next performance will be exciting too.
